Comprehensive, collision, and liability coverage for company-owned vehicles in addition to liability for property damage or bodily injury in accidents involving employee-owned or hired vehicles used while on the job.

What's Typically Covered

Protects the structure itself, the inventory inside, your equipment and even your business income when damaged or lost after fires, tornadoes, thefts and more.

The Intrepid Direct Difference!

Our standard policy includes $25k to cover the cost of any stolen or damaged employee tools with the option to add on more as needed. And, in the event you experience a "total loss," we'll give you an additional 25% above your scheduled building value, if needed, at time of loss, plus any profit lost and the cost of employee wages up to a year to get back on your feet.

Employment Practices Liability (EPL)

Defends against suits related to personnel management, peer, or customer disputes.

What's Typically Covered

Wrongful termination, wage & hour disputes, discrimination, and sexual harassment are all covered under our EPL policy.

Many policies on the marketplace are segmented, riddled with loopholes (like attorney fees) and low limits. This policy is packaged to cover all of your major risks — and costs — associated with employment practices.

Umbrella

Works with your liability coverages to cover large severity claims, so you have adequate protection when you need it most.

What's Typically Covered

Think of your umbrella policy as an extension of your general, garage, and auto liability policies. It covers the same basic things, but provides an additional limit in the event your needs exceed what’s covered in your “general” policies.

More often than not, customers find our umbrella rates to be lower than our competitors. Why? Because our team is underwriting it and its underlying policies. Oftentimes, general liability, auto, and umbrella policies are sold separately through separate insurers. Because of this, umbrella rates are often padded to protect against unknown underwriting risk. So, with no 3rd parties in our equation, we don’t need to mark up your rate to cover the 3rd-party risk.

Workers’ Compensation

Cyber Liability

Assists with the costs associated with cyber-criminal activity.

What's Typically Covered

Claims made as a result of a data breach or cyber-attack. Further, it protects your business if a cyber criminal hacks your network and holds it for ransom.

Insurance companies are requiring higher cyber liability limits of their DRP partners. Because of this, our coverage protects against first and third party claims (with regulatory proceedings), as well as ransom with high limits to match your requirements.

Pollution Liability

Costs associated with hiring a qualified team to remove a pollutant from impacted areas, such as your facility, groundwater, or soil.
