JB: Chad and I shoulder to shoulder with the entire claims department every day to ensure our clients receive best in class claims service.

CH: Part of that is making the claims process from start to finish as easy as possible.

JB: We'd like to show you how easy it is to navigate the features of Intrepid Direct's portal.

Once you log into the portal, you land on the homepage. You can navigate the claims meno on the left-hand side file.

A claim allows you to submit the information that you have regarding a loss that's occurred, and even upload any documents that you want the claims team to have. Once you upload your documents and complete the form, you hit submit and the file lands in the Intrepid Direct Claims Team hands on our portal.

You can also search for prior claims you've reported to us

You have the status open, closed, or submitted with additional information to review.

This page is filterable by the search bar at the top and the filter section on the left hand side.

The Intrepid Direct portal also allows you the opportunity to download currently valued lost runs at any time. You can even schedule recurring loss runs at whatever frequency works best for you.
